How to cancel your subscription
Your subscription is billed by Apple, so you cancel it on your iPhone. It takes less than a minute:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose Belzo, then Cancel Subscription.
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We cannot cancel it for you — Apple gives no developer that access.
How to delete your account and your photos
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. It erases everything, photos included. The Delete account page walks through each step and what happens to each piece of data.
My reading looks wrong
The reading depends heavily on the photo. Front-facing light, neutral expression, no glasses, no hat, the same distance every time. A backlit shot or one taken from below changes the result. If it still looks off after that, send us your question — we look at these case by case.
