Delete your account

Effective July 14, 2026

Your account is yours, and you can close it yourself — without talking to anyone and without giving a reason.

In the app (the fastest way)

Open Belzo.
Go to Settings.
Tap Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

What gets erased

All of your photos, including your progress timeline.
Your readings, your score and your routine history.
Your questionnaire answers and your email address.

Removal is immediate in the app and completed across our systems — backups included — within 30 days. Tax records for purchases already made are kept for the period the law requires, without your photos.

Heads up: the subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, because the store is the one billing you. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Belzo → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play app → your photo → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Belzo → Cancel subscription. If you delete the account and forget this step, the store keeps charging you.

Can't get into the app?

Email contato@belzoapp.com from the address registered on the account and ask for deletion. We confirm and erase within 15 days.
